About The Seasonalist

My name is Nina, and I live in Austin, Texas with my family. A Midwesterner by birth (Go Bucks), I’ve been in Texas for over 15 years.

I started the Seasonalist because I discovered that seasonal living is the art of joyful anticipation. Putting things on the calendar and getting excited about what’s nextβ€”these are natural dopamine hits, and I wanted to share my experiments and expertise in all things seasonal.

My favorite things ever are coffee, walking in nature, reading (fluffy books or self-help), hanging with my family, happy hours with my friends, comedy, trivia night, popcorn, rose wine, and rom com books and movies.

I’m interested in seasonal living, minimalism, music, cozy living, travel, culture, simple living, creativity, ADHD and early retirement. Simplicity is my wheelhouse.

Subscribe to get full free access to the newsletter and never miss a seasonal update. The first Tuesday of the month is what I call a β€œSeasonal Super Stack”—full of ideas on how to live your best seasonal life each month. That post is paid. The Friday Fluff Stuff, with at least five happy recommendations, is always free. I post occasionally on instagram.com/the_seasonalist.
